  • We all have interests and hobbies that we are passionate about. These can be all from sports and music to things like yoga and tarot. We are all gifted with different talents and gifts that when being performed and expressed gives both ourselves and others comfort, healing and happiness. What you create can help people through the toughest moments in their lives and can even save them. There’s power in recognition and understanding and these are a big part of our healing of wounds coming from trauma. By knowing what caused us trauma and why and how it affected us it’s easier to manage the symptoms of trauma and also cure them. Being creative reduces stress and anxiety because we give ourselves the oppurtunity to look at our wounds from a different perspective and feel different about them by putting in our personal thoughts and energy in our actions or creations that we make and through that experience a catharsis of our whole being. Doing fun and/or playful things for our inner child, teenager -and adultself will make it easier for us to connect with all parts of ourselves and help us feel whole both in a spiritual and psychological sense.

Our need for expressing ourselves creatively and authentically in different ways is a natural component of being human. This is with us from the beginning of life where we as children used our imagination and the things near us such as toys and other objects to act out our feelings and thoughts. Something we still do as both teenagers and adults where we also use our mind and objects to express our needs. Doing this is a way of freeing the mind and soul by letting ourselves do the things we love, that gives us good feelings. By doing this does we grant ourselves selflove by listening to our needs and allow ourselves to be authentic. Authenticity isn’t about being perfect by saying or doing the right things all of the time it’s rather about being real by embracing and expressing both our strengths and weaknesses. By letting go of selfcriticism and hatred we let love guide us and show us that all of us are deserved of love and happiness not just the good parts. The love that we get isn’t conditional to how good we act it’s unconditional where we are loved even when we do/ have done mistakes. Love is the reason we evolves and grows as humans because it makes us understand what life is about and what we need to do to make our and others lives better. By understanding and taking actions based on this will help us having a life filled with more abundance, happiness and freedom.

I want to wrap this post up by asking you some questions: What’s creativity and authenticity to you? Which big passions and hobbies do you have? If you want you can comment this down below!

Note: I was planning to post this last week on Saturday 11.00 as usual but I was busy with different projects so I didn’t had the time to finishing it then but I will post it this Saturday by 11.00 am instead! I Hope you will find the subject of this blog-post interesting!

Dreams do we all have including animals. Some of these dreams can be really confusing and vivid making us question their meanings and messages. Dreams can even sometimes feel so real that se start wondering if we experiencing it in real life in our reality. People both we know and not know sometimes shows up and communicate messages or just standing there watching us or not even acknowledging us at all. Are these people symbolic representations of us and our personality traits or do their soul visit us?

The places in our dreams are familiar in the form of places we visit in the waking life and others that we don’t know bit feel feel a connection to that we logically can’t explain. I’m a big believer in past lives and I think memories from past lives and places we in other life times have visited stays in our subconscious and is with us to our new lives and sometimes make themselves known through déjà vu for example in the form of dreams.

Some see dreams as a psychological fenomena where our brain and our impressions during the day reflects in the dreams. Others see it as a spiritual femonena where our soul and conscioussness is in contact with God or other spirits that guides us and help us in our dreams. This can for instance be through telepathy or astral projection. If you ask me I think it’s a bit of both. Dreams are deeply personal and all about interpretation and you have to put different parts in the dream together or you dream about wholly different things that are bits of different messages. Therefore is listening to your intuition very important and letting your soul guide you.

Personally in some of my dreams I interact with people I know in reality and people I don’t. These dreams are often more vivid and intense than so called regular dreams that are only symbolic representations of my thoughts and experiences. I also often remember these dreams in more detail and affect me stronger emotionally. I can in these dreams feel other peoples feelings like they are my own and see their state of mind and the other person/the other people can too. In these types of dreams you are in any shape or form aware that you are dreaming and consiously influence your dreams – what you are saying, doing and what people or places you want to meet/talk to and visit through holding a picture or a vision in your third eye (in your forehead over and in between your eyebrows) and your head.

In conclusion only you have the answer to what your dreams is all about no one else. Only you can interpret what the dream and it’s messages is trying to tell you.
How you interpret them is all up to you – if you see a dream/several dreams as symbolic or see them as real communication/visits by spirits or both it’s what goes.
